A Shopify agency built around outcomes

We design, build and maintain storefronts for brands that treat ecommerce as their main channel rather than a side one.

Storefronts shipped

250+

Brands have trusted Vibhora with the channel they trade through.

Most of them came to us with a store that already worked and a growth ceiling they could feel. The work is rarely a rebuild for its own sake — it is finding the three things holding the storefront back and fixing those properly.

How we think

Design, engineering and the business case are one conversation, not three handoffs.

A storefront is a business decision that happens to be built out of code. Treating design, engineering and commercial strategy as separate stages — a deck, then a build, then a debrief — is how a rebuild ships pixel-perfect and still doesn't move the number it was meant to move.

We work the other way round. The merchandising logic, the theme architecture and the platform's actual constraints get argued out together, before anything is built — slower on day one, and faster on every day after it, because nothing gets built twice.

How we work

Four stages, one thread running through them.

  1. A hand drawing a rising line in red marker across a glass panel, over the street outside.

Every engagement starts with the commercial question a rebuild is supposed to answer — not a moodboard, not a sitemap. What has to move, and by how much, gets named before anything else does.

  2. A spiral sketchbook open on a desk, its page drawn with wireframe blocks for a header, a grid and a row of tiles, a pen resting across it.

Layout, hierarchy and merchandising get settled against that same question, so development starts as execution rather than negotiation once the build begins.

  3. A desk lit blue at night — a monitor of Swift source standing behind a laptop open on developer documentation, notebooks stacked at the left.

Core Web Vitals are acceptance criteria on the build, not a cleanup pass scheduled for after launch. A migration moves catalogue, customers, orders and URLs together, with the redirect map written before cutover — not after the traffic drops.

  4. A laptop open on a live analytics dashboard — a visitors-right-now counter, a scatter of page hits and a list of the most active pages.

What we learn building for clients feeds back into what we build for ourselves — Curobi runs on the same stack and the same standards as everything we ship for a store.

And once it ships, the same team stays reachable. Live stores break at inconvenient hours; retainer clients reach a person, not a queue.

Curobi

Building our own products

The same standards, spent on something we own.

Curobi, our Shopify subscription app, runs on the same stack and the same acceptance criteria as every storefront we build for a client — because the fastest way to find out whether a standard holds up is to ship a product against it ourselves.
