Choose by scope

Three defined ways to engage.

Start with the column that describes the business you are now. The tier marked Recommended is the common fit, not an automatic upsell.

Small business, first structured search and AEO pass

AEO Foundation Sprint

$2,999

Fixed fee, 6 weeks

A six-week technical SEO and AEO foundation — crawl and indexation, structured data, entity resolution and a first measured citation baseline, delivered as a finite sprint rather than an open retainer.

  • Technical SEO — crawlability, indexation, canonicals
  • Structured data and the entity graph
  • Core Web Vitals baseline and priority fixes
  • A fixed prompt set and first citation log

Enterprise, multiple markets or brands

Enterprise & Multi-Market

$9,999 /mo

Monthly, 6-month minimum

One entity graph and one crawler-access policy across every market or brand, plus migration SEO on tap for whichever one replatforms next.

  • An entity graph spanning multiple domains or markets
  • Migration SEO, available on demand
  • A dedicated reporting cadence
  • Robots and AI-crawler policy, governed centrally
Book a scoping call

All figures are in USD, exclude tax and cover the scope written above. Work outside that scope is quoted before it starts; the contracted figure does not move silently.

Included as standard

The delivery baseline does not change with the tier.

  • A crawl and indexation report, fixes ranked by impact and effort
  • An entity graph — one Organization node, referenced site-wide
  • Core Web Vitals field measurements, before and after
  • A monthly citation log — the prompts tested, and whether you were named

What moves the scope

Four inputs. No mystery multiplier.

  1. 01

    Catalogue size

Products, templates and content that must be modelled, migrated or rebuilt.

A shop assistant holding a tablet, checking one piece of stock against a shelf of decorated ceramics.
  2. 02

    Markets

Currencies, languages, catalogues and storefronts that must work as one system.

Rows of national flags hanging from a frame against an overcast sky, seen from below.
  3. 03

    Integrations

The apps, APIs and operational systems the finished work must connect to.

A dense bundle of fibre-optic strands lit blue, fanning out from a single duct.
  4. 04

    Deadline

The only factor that can add cost without adding scope, when the schedule must compress.

A red pin pushed into a single date on a spiral desk calendar.

How the scope gets set

The price is fixed. The proposal fixes what it covers.

  1. 01

    Tell us where you are

One call, not a pitch - what you have today, what changed, and roughly which of the three shapes above sounds closest.

  2. 02

    We scope it for real

The tier above is the shape; the call is where it gets specific to your store, your stack and your timeline.

  3. 03

    You get one number

A written scope with the agreed price, payment stages and exclusions - not an estimate that drifts once work starts.

Questions

What people ask before choosing a scope.

Are these three tiers the only way to buy SEO & AEO?

No - they are the three shapes we see most often, from a single-store project through to a multi-store programme. If none of them describes what you need, say so on the call and we scope around it rather than forcing a fit.

Are these fixed prices or starting points?

They are fixed prices for the scope written in each tier, not “from” prices. If your brief falls outside that shape, the proposal states the changed scope and price before any work starts.

What can move the scope?

Four things: catalogue size, market count, integrations and deadline. The first three add work. A compressed deadline can add cost without adding scope because it changes how the team has to be scheduled.

How does billing actually work?

It depends on the tier: AEO Foundation Sprint is fixed fee, 6 weeks, Growth Retainer is monthly, 6-month minimum, Enterprise & Multi-Market is monthly, 6-month minimum. The proposal turns those terms into dated invoices before work starts.

What happens right after I get in touch?

Within one business day, we tell you which of the three shapes fits and what we need to confirm the scope. Nothing is billed on that first call.

Not sure which tier fits? Tell us where you are.

One business day, one direct answer: which shape fits, what needs confirming, and the next useful step.
