Pricing · Paid Ads
Paid Ads pricing. Clear scope. Fixed number.
Three fixed-price ways to engage Vibhora for Paid Ads & Performance Marketing, each scoped in writing before work begins. Every tier starts with a conversation, not a checkout.

Choose by scope
Three defined ways to engage.
Start with the column that describes the business you are now. The tier marked Recommended is the common fit, not an automatic upsell.
Small business, one platform, spend up to about $3k a month
Launch
$499 /mo
Monthly, 3-month minimum
One platform, Meta or Google, managed properly from the tracking up. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not included in the fee.
- Account setup, pixel and Conversions API tracking in month one
- One platform, Meta or Google
- Weekly optimisation and a creative test programme
- A monthly report on revenue and ROAS
- Ad spend paid directly by you to the platform
Growing brand, Meta and Google, spend up to about $15k a month
Growth
$999 /mo
Monthly, 3-month minimum
Meta and Google together, with tracking that stops the two platforms claiming the same order. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms and is not included in the fee.
- Meta and Google, managed as one programme
- Server-side tracking on both, deduplicated
- Weekly optimisation and a standing creative test programme
- Landing-page findings passed to the store team
- Ad spend paid directly by you to each platform
Enterprise, multi-platform, spend above $15k a month
Scale
$2,499 /mo
Monthly, 3-month minimum
Multi-platform accounts, markets or storefronts run against one tracking specification and one report. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms and is not included in the fee.
- Multiple platforms, accounts, markets or storefronts
- One tracking specification across all of them
- A higher-volume creative test programme
- A dedicated reporting cadence
- Ad spend paid directly by you to each platform
All figures are in USD, exclude tax and cover the scope written above. Work outside that scope is quoted before it starts; the contracted figure does not move silently.
Not sure which tier?
30 minutes, free, no pitch. You leave knowing which tier fits and roughly what it would cost you.
Included as standard
The delivery baseline does not change with the tier.
- Account setup, pixel and Conversions API tracking, included in month one
- Weekly optimisation, with every change written into the log
- A monthly report on revenue and ROAS, store data beside platform data
- Ad accounts, pixel and data kept in your name
- Ad spend paid by you directly to the platform, never through us
What moves the scope
Four inputs. No mystery multiplier.
- 01
Catalogue size
Products, templates and content that must be modelled, migrated or rebuilt.

- 02
Markets
Currencies, languages, catalogues and storefronts that must work as one system.

- 03
Integrations
The apps, APIs and operational systems the finished work must connect to.

- 04
Deadline
The only factor that can add cost without adding scope, when the schedule must compress.

How the scope gets set
The price is fixed. The proposal fixes what it covers.
- 01
Tell us where you are
One call, not a pitch - what you have today, what changed, and roughly which of the three shapes above sounds closest.
- 02
We scope it for real
The tier above is the shape; the call is where it gets specific to your store, your stack and your timeline.
- 03
You get one number
A written scope with the agreed price, payment stages and exclusions - not an estimate that drifts once work starts.
Questions
What people ask before choosing a scope.
Are these three tiers the only way to buy Paid Ads?
No - they are the three shapes we see most often, from a single-store project through to a multi-store programme. If none of them describes what you need, say so on the call and we scope around it rather than forcing a fit.
Are these fixed prices or starting points?
They are fixed prices for the scope written in each tier, not “from” prices. If your brief falls outside that shape, the proposal states the changed scope and price before any work starts.
What can move the scope?
Four things: catalogue size, market count, integrations and deadline. The first three add work. A compressed deadline can add cost without adding scope because it changes how the team has to be scheduled.
How does billing actually work?
It depends on the tier: Launch is monthly, 3-month minimum, Growth is monthly, 3-month minimum, Scale is monthly, 3-month minimum. The proposal turns those terms into dated invoices before work starts.
What happens right after I get in touch?
Within one business day, we tell you which of the three shapes fits and what we need to confirm the scope. Nothing is billed on that first call.
Is Paid Ads priced for a small business?
Yes. Launch — small business, one platform, spend up to about $3k a month — is a fixed $499 /mo, monthly, 3-month minimum, and it is scoped for one store and a small team. Nothing is billed before the written scope is agreed.
What is the cheapest way to start?
A free 30-minute call costs nothing and ends with a recommendation, not a pitch. The cheapest paid step is a Focused Audit at $299, credited against a build commissioned within 90 days.
Not sure which tier fits? Tell us where you are.
One business day, one direct answer: which shape fits, what needs confirming, and the next useful step.
