Privacy Policy

How this site and the studio behind it handle personal information.

Last updated

Your privacy matters to us. This Policy explains what Vibhora collects when you use vibhora.com, why, and how you can control it.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Vibhora collects through vibhora.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers this website only — it does not describe how a delivered product, such as Curobi, handles data for its own end users, which is covered separately.

Information We Collect

Contact form: your name, email address, an optional store URL, the service you select, and the message you submit when you contact us.

Checklist request: your email address and the page you requested our free audit checklist from.

Usage data: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel (see "Cookies & Tracking" below) collect information about how you use this site — such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and marketing-measurement events. Clarity session recordings mask input field values.

We do not collect payment information on this site. It is not an online store, and no engagement is paid for through it.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to begin that engagement.

We use the email address you give us for the checklist to follow up about the checklist and our services. We do not run a newsletter and do not add you to one; you can ask us to stop at any time.

We use analytics and marketing-measurement data to understand how the site is used, improve it and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We keep a record of submissions flagged by automated spam checks so that real enquiries are not lost.

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set first-party cookies to measure how pages are used and to record session activity (with input field values masked). Meta Pixel records page-view and marketing-measurement events; Meta may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. We do not enable Google advertising or personalization storage on this site.

You can control these cookies through your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts, at any time.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share information only with the services that make this site work: Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Pixel) process usage and marketing-measurement data under their own privacy terms; Neon, our database provider, and Vercel, our hosting provider, store and serve the site and its data on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Security

Contact form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database accessible only to Vibhora. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@vibhora.com. This includes analytics data held by Google and Microsoft, which we can request they delete on your behalf.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and checklist requests for as long as needed to respond and for our own business records, and delete or anonymize them on request.

Analytics and marketing-measurement data is retained by Google, Microsoft and Meta under their own standard retention settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the site and its services change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the version currently in effect.
