Pricing · Theme Development
Theme Development. Clear scope. Fixed number.
Three ways to engage Vibhora for Shopify Theme Development - from a focused first scope to a multi-market programme. Every tier starts with a conversation, not a checkout.

Choose by scope
Three defined ways to engage.
Start with the column that describes the business you are now. The tier marked Recommended is the common fit, not an automatic upsell.
Small business, single store
Theme Refresh
$1,999
Fixed fee, 50/50
Fix what your current theme loads before paying to replace it — a performance rebuild and a content model clean-up on the theme you already have.
- Theme performance rebuild
- Content modelling clean-up
- Core Web Vitals field measurements, before and after
- A staging theme and documented release process
Growing brand, in-house marketing team
Custom Theme Build
$3,499
Milestone billing, 3 stages
A theme built from your design system rather than bent out of a bought one — Figma to theme, custom architecture, and a straight replatform if you're moving off WooCommerce, Magento or BigCommerce.
- Custom theme architecture, tokens through templates
- Figma to theme
- Replatform and migration, with a verified redirect map
- A merchandiser's guide to the theme editor
Enterprise, multiple stores or markets
Plus & Multi-Store
$5,999
Milestone billing, 3 stages
Multi-store and multi-market architecture, B2B catalogues and company-level price lists, and the checkout customisation only Plus permits.
- Shopify Plus builds
- Multi-store and multi-market architecture
- B2B catalogues and price lists
- A release process coordinated across stores
All figures are in USD, exclude tax and cover the scope written above. Work outside that scope is quoted before it starts; the contracted figure does not move silently.
Included as standard
The delivery baseline does not change with the tier.
- A theme in your Shopify admin, in a repository you own
- A section and block inventory — what exists, what it does, where to use it
- Core Web Vitals field measurements, before and after
- A staging theme and a documented release process
What moves the scope
Four inputs. No mystery multiplier.
- 01
Catalogue size
Products, templates and content that must be modelled, migrated or rebuilt.

- 02
Markets
Currencies, languages, catalogues and storefronts that must work as one system.

- 03
Integrations
The apps, APIs and operational systems the finished work must connect to.

- 04
Deadline
The only factor that can add cost without adding scope, when the schedule must compress.

How the scope gets set
The price is fixed. The proposal fixes what it covers.
- 01
Tell us where you are
One call, not a pitch - what you have today, what changed, and roughly which of the three shapes above sounds closest.
- 02
We scope it for real
The tier above is the shape; the call is where it gets specific to your store, your stack and your timeline.
- 03
You get one number
A written scope with the agreed price, payment stages and exclusions - not an estimate that drifts once work starts.
Questions
What people ask before choosing a scope.
Are these three tiers the only way to buy Theme Development?
No - they are the three shapes we see most often, from a single-store project through to a multi-store programme. If none of them describes what you need, say so on the call and we scope around it rather than forcing a fit.
Are these fixed prices or starting points?
They are fixed prices for the scope written in each tier, not “from” prices. If your brief falls outside that shape, the proposal states the changed scope and price before any work starts.
What can move the scope?
Four things: catalogue size, market count, integrations and deadline. The first three add work. A compressed deadline can add cost without adding scope because it changes how the team has to be scheduled.
How does billing actually work?
It depends on the tier: Theme Refresh is fixed fee, 50/50, Custom Theme Build is milestone billing, 3 stages, Plus & Multi-Store is milestone billing, 3 stages. The proposal turns those terms into dated invoices before work starts.
What happens right after I get in touch?
Within one business day, we tell you which of the three shapes fits and what we need to confirm the scope. Nothing is billed on that first call.
Not sure which tier fits? Tell us where you are.
One business day, one direct answer: which shape fits, what needs confirming, and the next useful step.
